We seek a skilled Technical Support Specialist fluent in German to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients, primarily focusing on virtual machine management, system administration, and troubleshooting. You will work with a variety of tools and platforms, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to:
- Virtual Machines (QEMU)
- Linux operating systems
- Windows environments
- Write and maintain scripts using Powershell to automate routine tasks.
- Document issues and resolutions in Notion and track support tickets in Jira.
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Language: Fluent in German and proficient in English for professional communication.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Machines (QEMU).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency with Powershell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Notion and Jira for documentation and task tracking.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with WeClapp (for customer relationship management).
- Experience with Harvester for infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of Grafana for data visualization and system monitoring
- Willingness to learn monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for Kubernetes environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki).
